Drew runs Summit Intake Systems. He designs and builds the AI lead intake systems that service businesses install to stop losing inbound calls, texts, and form submissions to slow response and after-hours gaps.

Why SIS exists.

Drew started SIS after spending two years inside the agency world watching the same pattern play out at every service business: thousands of dollars a month on ads, leads coming in around the clock, and 30–50% of those leads dropping into voicemail or ghosted text threads.

The math made him angry. A roofer paying $80 per lead from Google Ads, missing 40% of the calls during the day because the receptionist was on another line, and another 50% after hours because nobody was watching the phone. The marketing spend was working. The intake wasn't.

At the same time, every "AI agency" he met was selling decks but couldn't actually deploy a working system. The platforms existed — GoHighLevel, Twilio, voice AI — but stitching them into something that ran reliably for a real business took skill most operators didn't have.
